Roster Update: Royal goaltender Dayton Rasmussen (No. 30) missed his second consecutive game on Thursday due to injury. Kelly's No. 12, Zachary Walker, suffered an injury and did not dress for his club's contest on Thursday.

Quartet of 'Tricks': Thursday's action featured four hat-tricks, courtesy of: Cole Koepke (Forest, No. 12), Cole Gallant (Orange, No. 15), Garrett Wait (Grey, No. 18) and Hugh Mcging (White, No. 14).

Little Bit of Everything: The bout between Kelly and White on Thursday gave spectators a little bit of everything. With Kelly prevailing 6-5 in a shootout, the two clubs combined to score five of 10 goals in regulation via special teams (Kelly: 2 PPGs, White: 1 PPG & 2 SHGs). In addition, White's Mcging (No. 14) recorded a hat-trick and Kelly's Keenan Suthers (No. 8) tallied two goals and an assist as well as the lone goal in the shootout.

Giving Back: One of this week's goaltender coaches, Jeff Frazee, had a decorated career with USA Hockey prior to joining the professional ranks. Frazee helped backstop Team USA to medals in the 2004 World U18 Championship (Silver), 2005 World U18 Championship (Gold) and the 2007 World U20 Championship (Bronze).  En route to capturing gold in 2005, the Edina, Minn. native recorded the tournament's top goals-against average (1.33) and save percentage (.959). He also spent two seasons with the U.S. National Team Development Program.

Selected by the New Jersey Devils in the second round (35th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Frazee spent parts of six seasons in the AHL (2008-13) and had a one-game brief NHL appearance with the Devils in 2012-13. Most recently, he suited-up for Valpellice (Italy) during the 2013-14 campaign.

A Popular Score: Through three days of camp, there have been four games which have required a shootout to determine the winner. Most interesting, however, is the fact that all four of these contests have resulted in a 6-5 final score. Kelly leads the way with two shootout victories to this point, while Royal and Orange each have one.

More NHL Ties: Ben Gleason (No. 4) of Red is the cousin of current Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Tim Gleason. The upcoming season is slated to be Gleason's 11th as an NHL regular, most of which has been spent with the Hurricanes. Thus far in his career, the 6-foot blueliner has appeared in 655 games and racked up 133 points to go along with 646 penalty minutes. Gleason was also a member of the 2010 U.S. Olympic squad, playing a key role in their quest to capturing the silver medal.
