Roster Update: Chase Pearson (No. 17), who was scheduled to suit up for Red, will not be attending camp due to injury and has been replaced by Tage Thompson (No. 19). Columbia's No. 10, Jacob Coleman (Unspecified), also did not dress for his club's contest on Friday.

Back for More: Three of the top four scorers from last year's Select 16 camp have returned to compete in the Select 17. Sam McCormick (Grey, No. 16), Shane Sellar (Gold, No. 16) and Brock Boeser (Red, No. 8) each tallied 12 points to pace all Select 16 skaters in 2013.  Nicholas Vilardo (1.92 GAA, .931 SV%), the top goaltender from last year's Select 16 camp, will be wearing sweater No. 1 for Black this week.

A Noteworthy Achievement: Also participating in this week's camp is reigning 2013-14 USHL Rookie of the Year, Robert Jackson III (Black, No. 17). Over 60 games with the Chicago Steel this past season, Jackson totaled 42 points (28G, 14A). His 28 goals established a new USHL Tier 1 era (2002-present) record for most goals by a 16-year old.

Quick out of the Gate: Grey kicked off its weekend with a 7-3 victory over Kelly, netting all seven of its goals in the first half. George Sennott (2G, 1A) and Jake Pappalardo (1G, 2A) recorded three points apiece to lead the way offensively, while Grant Gabriele (1G, 1A), Ryan Walker (1G, 1A), Austin Alger (1G, 1A) and Alexander Overhardt (0G, 2A) all chipped-in two.

Double Digit Opening Statement: Red cracked double digits in its first game of the week, ousting Columbia by a score of 10-2. Dennis Yan tallied a hat-trick in the winning effort, with Peter Tufto and Colton Fletcher contributing a pair of goals apiece. Boeser (1G, 2A), Thompson (1G, 2A) and Lucas Michaud (0G, 3A) all added three points for Red, which built an 8-0 advantage over the first 25-minute half.
